Ehdolla kunta- ja aluevaaleissa — Candidate in the municipal and regional elections: National Coalition Party

I am a candidate in the 2025 municipal and regional elections from the National Coalition Party list. My number in the municipal elections is 146 and in the regional elections is 2259.

I decided to run as a candidate in the municipal elections because I see massive future potential in my hometown of Lappeenranta that is yet to be utilized. I want to be involved in creating and developing future solutions that will make Lappeenranta an even more vibrant and better city for everyone to live in.

I am running in the regional elections because I believe that the hierarchical healthcare system needs completely new ideas so that the service level can be improved without recklessly increasing costs. As a young IT expert from outside the healthcare field, I believe that I can offer innovative options for developing the welfare area.

Election themes

My themes in the municipal elections are city's vitality and students. I see developing vitality as the most important challenge for Lappeenranta. I believe that vitality can be developed by improving the city's marketing and making entrepreneurship as easy as possible. I was a student at LUT University for several years and would still describe the university as my spiritual home. I see that there is still room for development in the cooperation between students, the university and the city, and I believe that by further developing this connection, the entire city can be better involved in the university's phenomenal rise.

My themes in the regional elections are efficient healthcare and university cooperation. I believe that by introducing the latest technologies, healthcare can be made even more efficient. On the other hand, by improving the analysis of current operating models, more efficient ways of operating can be found. By improving university cooperation, the attractiveness of the welfare region as an employer can be developed and the latest research can be better implemented.
